You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher with a legitimate non-clinical research purpose to access the Site or purchase any product. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree, as a condition of purchase and access, that you will not use, administer, distribute, or facilitate the use, administration, or distribution of any product purchased from Aktiv Aminos for any human or veterinary purpose under any circumstance.
Aktiv Aminos catalog access requires creation of a research account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Aktiv Aminos. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Pricing is displayed only inside verified accounts and is subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order.
Aktiv Aminos ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and do not facilitate international transit, repackaging, or forwarding through any means. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged or with labeling that does not match the order, provided the issue is reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Outside of damage or labeling discrepancies, no returns are accepted on opened or unopened product.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKTIV AMINOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE OF ANY PRODUCT IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS. AKTIV AMINOS' TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aktiv Aminos and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damages arising out of (a) your use or misuse of any product, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) any human or veterinary use of any product purchased from Aktiv Aminos by you or by any third party to whom you transferred the product.
Aktiv Aminos may suspend or terminate your account access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Site ceases immediately. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Aktiv Aminos may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
